This is a great place to stay if you want to explore the outskirts of Austin, especially around Lake Travis. The beautiful and lively area has plenty of great restaurants and live music venues nearby — perfect for a relaxed local experience. While the accommodation was comfortable and the location charming, the price felt a bit high considering it’s about a 25-minute drive from downtown Austin. Still, a solid option for travelers looking to enjoy a more tranquil, scenic side of the city.

Loved the rooms and the staff was friendly. We went there during new year's so they gave us a list of different places we could watch the fireworks from. The place is close to many good restaurants and stores as well. Overall, loved it ! If we come to Austin again, we will surely like to stay here.

First and foremost, the staff were amazing and treated me so kindly. I felt like family when I arrived and left. Flo was so helpful and caring and Brannon was especially helpful kind. The breakfast was always hot and well prepared (didn't taste like frozen). I liked that the coffee pots were available 24/7.

The breakfast on the first day was fantastic! There was a wide selection of everything. However, the woman who was working the first day didn't work the rest of our stay. And the guy that was running it couldn't keep up with the demand. There was always something that was out; juice, pastries, yogurt, milk, you name it.

We stayed for a day with our family. The hotel's location, cleanliness, and friendly staff were all excellent. However, our experience wasn't very enjoyable due to a few unfortunate incidents. My daughter slipped and fell in the bathroom, injuring her lip. While taking her to the emergency room, my wife twisted his ankle, and the X-ray revealed it was broken. There were no issues with the hotel, but these unfortunate events made for a very stressful night.

Location was great. The staff was amazing. Our only problem was unruly kids the first night. Loud voices and doors slamming. Staff said they left the next morning and quiet nights after that.

The general manager for the hotel was outstanding. She took very good care of me. I would like to give the general manager of the hotel honorable mention because she met all of my expectations. She escorted me to my room and ensured that I was comfortable and satisfied with my room.

The front desk lady was very friendly, check in was a breeze and quick, the room was clean and already cool, there is a nice kureg coffee maker in the room, nice big window with privacy shade, well laid out. Breakfast was very good and still plenty of choices. Excellent hotel, very clean rooms, a great place to stay.

The place was nice, great location. Pool was nice. Jacuzzi was very relaxing. The room was clean for the most part.

Friendly staff. Nicely appointed rooms and linens/pillows. A/C worked well. Good options for a quick, hot breakfast. Room and common areas were nicely kept up/clean.
